We have many parents who have LGBTQ+ children and they just need somewhere to have a break. It may be that they need more individual support, in which case we offer FREE Mentoring support.
Mentoring has had amazing results as it is delivered by LGBTQ+ people with lived experiences.

You may be an LGBTQ+ person looking after a relative or each other. There are many ways that caring takes place. Sometimes you need to visit relatives out of County to care for them, carry out caring tasks or visit them.
Or you could be that you are thinking of moving loved-ones into County or just concerned how to cope with distances.

There are many visible disabilities and even more hidden ones. This is a safe space for you to bring along yourself, leave your worries behind and recharge.
It may be through one of our craft activities or woodland activities where you can meet and share with others in similar positions or just chat amongst new "Carer" friends.
