Helen is a professional coach, facilitator and trainer with over 25 years’ experience in coaching, training and education. She has a comprehensive background in Learning and Development supporting Directors, senior managers and their teams to work efficiently and productively.  She is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and passionate about positively impacting organisational wellbeing and resilience.

Rachel Perry

Following a 25 year career in the education sector, Rachel also works in a University’s Innovation and Enterprise Service, where she delivers Business support and creates collaborations for companies of all sizes and in all sectors. 

Fairness and a just society, equality of opportunity for all and a social justice is delivered responsibly by people who hold themselves accountable to their clients and customers. 

Rachel brings enthusiasm, connections to the wider region, awareness of the socio-economic drivers in the country and her understanding of those, impacts on particular marginalised groups in society.

Alison Rowbotham

Alison Rowbotham

Alison has 25 years’ experience of working in education with 15 years in senior management roles. She specialises in safeguarding, inclusion, well-being and is a qualified SENDCo.

Experienced at working with adults and young people with learning disabilities and is focused on supporting the development of life and employability skills.

Alison is skilled at building positive relationships in communities, challenging perceptions and empowering every stakeholder to believe in and respond to achieving the best possible outcome for everyone.

Bev Nickson

Bev is a professional Employment, Career and Advanced Life Coach and Mentor with over 12 years in the Welfare to Work Industry and provides excellent Information, Advice and guidance. 

She is experienced to working with a wide range of unemployed participants with long term complex needs to short term unemployment and delivers high quality careers information for minimum wage to high salary executive opportunities. 

Bev is a qualified Tutor and Assessor facilitating sector based qualifications plus non qualifications in life skills and employability skills in a wide variety of education and community settings.

She is a qualified in Health and Social Care Worker and has supported people since 2006 in roles within child protection, mental health, homelessness, drug and alcohol, youth, offending etc. Bev’s uses a wide range of sophisticated coaching styles to empower people personally and professionally.
