We have the expertise and direct experience as Chief Executives, Directors, Trustees and Chair of Trustee from both charity and business sectors. We have lived some of the pressures and worked with executives to find solutions to turn around organisations.

An experienced HR Manager with more than 30 years’ experience in recruiting, coaching, developing and motivating highly effective teams and individuals.  Responsible for the development of cost effective HR strategies, organisation change and re-structuring programmes, Union negotiations, TUPE and redundancy programmes.  Experience of complex ER issues, ET case preparation.  Development of competency framework with training and development plans, sponsored students and graduate programmes, delivery of training materials, development and coaching of HR team members.

Joanne Munn

A previous Disability Charity Chief Executive, Joanne has led a team of volunteers and paid staff with overall responsibility for Strategy, Policy and Activities. Joanne has dealt with Employment Law and Legislation as well as preparing budgets, achieving Grant Funding and Tenders for the organisation.

Joanne is profoundly deaf and we deliver programmes together with an interpreter. This is particularly useful for clients who have a disability and appreciate the empathy as well as those without who are experiencing a new inclusive way of thinking.

Former Trustee and Prince 2 trained in Management processes. Clerene has excellent employer Engagement specialism within the private training and apprenticeship field. In recent years, Clerene has worked with NHS contracts, staffing and redeployment.
