Galina Lukomskaya
Volunteer environmental assistant and Ukrainian interpreter, helping with various projects. Galhina “Halina” also took part in our Green Jobs project (as a participant) and has first hand experience of how we can support the community into work or to access services.

Clerene Allen
Following a management career of almost 35 years, Clerene is currently a senior manager at a Hertfordshire NHS Trust.
We have worked with Clerene on several projects and she is our Non-Executive Director, offering questioning and critique to ensure we are always considering our impact and stay with our Aims, Mission & Vision.
Clerene and Andrew have worked together on previous projects where both have been Trustees on the same Charity Board.

Bev Nickson
Bev is a professional Employment, Career and Advanced Life Coach and Mentor with over 12 years in the Welfare to Work Industry and provides excellent Information, Advice and guidance.
She is experienced to working with a wide range of unemployed participants with long term complex needs to short term unemployment and delivers high quality careers information for minimum wage to high salary executive opportunities.
Bev is a qualified Tutor and Assessor facilitating sector based qualifications plus non qualifications in life skills and employability skills in a wide variety of education and community settings.
She is a qualified in Health and Social Care Worker and has supported people since 2006 in roles within child protection, mental health, homelessness, drug and alcohol, youth, offending etc. Bev’s uses a wide range of sophisticated coaching styles to empower people personally and professionally.

Maggie Mitova
Intern, supporting us with the creation of the 2022 Impact report that reflects the work that has taken place during that year.
Maggie is also helping us with easy-read versions of our publicity to assist people with Learning Disability and/or Autism.
